Aveline Carter dispatches orders Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sunday).
Please allow approximately 1–3 working days for order processing before your parcel is handed over to UPS. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

Order changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
After this time, the order enters fulfillment processing and can no longer be modified.
Not completely in love? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
Customers may choose between returning the item(s) for a refund to our warehouse, or keeping the item(s) in exchange for store credit for a future purchase.
